My name is Raven, and I teach Flute. I am 20 years old. I love music because it is basically another language. Anyone who makes music essentially builds a relationship with the audience through song. I teach music a lot more open to new things because I am also a student myself. I wish to impact lives through teaching music! I have been playing flute and piccolo for 9 years. Formal Education: I am a Music Education major at Prairie View AM University. Performing Experience: My favorite performance has got to be when I traveled with the Flute ensemble to Womens College in Mississippi. We played The Law of Floating Objects, and that is the first time the composer ever heard it actually performed. It was such a great honor.
