2025 Fall Hi-Five Movement Studio - Cartwheels (K-4th grade)

This class is perfect for beginners or those with some gymnastics experience, focusing on building a strong foundation of essential skills! Students will work on mastering somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, back-bends and round-offs on the floor, while improving balance on the beam. They’ll strengthen their muscles with front support on the bars, and have a blast performing fun jumps and tricks on the trampoline. In a fun, energetic, and social environment, our Rising Stars will develop new skills and friendships, making this a class they’ll eagerly look forward to every week. Join the movement today! This link is specifically designed for participants who would like to join just the gymnastics. While we highly recommend taking the complete class for the full experience, you are also welcome to sign up for just one portion: the gymnastics section, called Cartwheels (thursdays 4:00-4:50pm), or the basketball section, called Crossovers (4:50-5:25pm) Choose the option that best fits your interests and goals! There are no refunds for classes only a credit if your child is sick, there is a family emergency or special circumstances.
