2025 Fall Hi-Five Movement Studio - Rising Stars & Super Stars Gymnastics (K/1st & 2nd-4th Grade)

Rising Stars This class is perfect for beginners or those with some gymnastics experience, focusing on building a strong foundation of essential skills! Students will work on mastering somersaults, handstands, cartwheels, back-bends and round-offs on the floor, while improving balance on the beam. They’ll strengthen their muscles with front support on the bars, and have a blast performing fun jumps and tricks on the trampoline. In a fun, energetic, and social environment, our Rising Stars will develop new skills and friendships, making this a class they’ll eagerly look forward to every week. Join the movement today! Super Stars This class is designed for gymnasts who have mastered the foundational skills and are ready to take their abilities to the next level! Students will refine and advance their current skills, including backbends, round-offs, and cartwheels, while learning new exciting skills like back and front walkovers, pullover on the bars, and squat-ons. With a focus on technique, strength, and precision, Superstars provides a fun and challenging environment where gymnasts can continue to grow and build confidence as they progress to more advanced skills with our supportive and encouraging coaches. Join the movement today! There are no refunds for classes only a credit if your child is sick, there is a family emergency or special circumstances. Please email before the start of class to let us know for staffing purposes. No refunds just credits. You can cancel your registration at any time, but you will only receive a credit for your remaining balance.
