In-Home daycare
Hi! My name is Jaylee. I am so excited to be starting a daycare/playgroup for kids 3 and under in my home. I have 8+ years experience with children of all ages. I've worked as a preschool teacher, a nanny and daycare for a group of families (where the kids felt like my own and I still love them today!) I loved what I did within those families and loved seeing the kids grow, learn, and interact together as a small group. I genuinely love children and now have an 21 month old daughter of my own, named Savannah. I really want the same thing for her, so Savi and I would love to add some playmates to our day! I offer a clean, safe, and caring environment. There will be healthy snacks, daily learning time, new activity/sensory experiences each week, outdoor fun, limited (supervised) television time, lots of quality time with each child (involving music, dancing and story time), and a fun playroom including a painted nook filled with toys, games, puzzles, and books for playtime. I want to keep it a small group of kids at one time so that I can spend quality one-on-one time with each of them. I will be limiting groups to 4 at a time. I am excited to meet new little ones and their families to bring into our family. References upon request. I offer rates at hourly or daily. I can be flexible with days and hours. I am located in Saratoga Springs, just off Redwood Rd. Please call for questions or to set up a consultation. Jaylee at (435)513-1729 or missjayleeslittlebugs@yahoo.com

Chelcy E. says "Jaylee is the absolute best! My girls adore her and she goes above and beyond everyday. Trustworthy, clean, dependable, wonderful!"

I am number 6 of 14 children. I have been in the diaper changing business since grade school! Being in the midst of many children is where my comfort is. I have four children of my own. I started doing child care after my first was born. I have been doing it for almost 9 years now. I started off being an assistant for an in home licensed provider. Us both being military, she moved away then I took in as many of her children as I could without getting licensed, knowing we would be moving within a couple years as well. It was after working for her that I knew this is what I wanted to do while raising my kids. My husband now works for the guard so we will no longer be moving our family around! We had our house built. Since we've moved in we've been working on getting it licensed ready, such as building a fence and finishing the basement, etc. We've already accumulated a fun group of kids into our home before receiving my license. Now I am able to receive your fun kids into my care as well! I keep a ridged schedule. I feel in helps kids with stability and predictability. I have a 15 passenger van. We go on summer outings everyday. I transport children to and from school, preschool and other extra activities. In being licensed, we, of course keep a state approved menu for the children. After school snacks we do homework (unless you prefer to have your child do it at home. In that case I would have your child read until homework time was over). Working isn't something I need to do financially. I am blessed to be able to live off of my husband's income, but work is something I need to do mentally. I am happier when I am busy at work. That being said I won't be taking in a number of children that would make me lose my mind. I won't keep a child in care that would be causing distress to the remainder of the program as well. We are all about have a fun loving, welcoming, and progressing atmosphere! If you have any questions or concerns email me for more information at sarahstones83@gmail.com

Hello!, My name is Emily, I'm 23 years old and live in Alpine with my 2 yr old son and my husband. I am looking for a few children to watch in my home. We have a big play room, a big yard, we do lots of activities and take field trips to thanksgiving point and the aquarium often. I have worked in Montessori school, cared for children in my home, and have lots of experience with children. I want to give your kids my full attention, I hope that you would accept nothing less. I love to engage children with hands-on activities designed to stimulate the brain. I love helping kids learn new things whether they are new words or how to clean-up after themselves. I want the kids to be able to tell their Mom and Dad what they learned at the end of each day. I am open to bringing the kids to activities. I have a Pass of all Passes and would be open to getting a Thanksgiving Point Pass as well. I'm comfortable transporting the kids as necessary in my SUV. I m also open to running errands, changing diapers, meal preparation, light housework, or other tasks that can be done while caring for the children. If you were to hire me then you could expect your kids to have a much higher quality time than they would in any institution you could drop them off at. I would be sending multiple pictures/updates throughout the day and be available to take a call at any point. You could expect an orderly home when you come back. If you re interested in interviewing me in person or by phone then I can be reached at 385-218-7732. If I don't answer then please send a text. I'm happy to provide any references and answer any questions you may have. Emily

Olivia R. says "Emily is a great care giver with a clean house in a nice neighborhood. She's wonderful with kids my 3 year old daughter enjoys going to see her. I'd...

Our Professional Philosophy Statement We believe young children learn through example, exploration, experiences, and taking chances. Our role is to provide information and materials which open the door to opportunities for their learning, development, and growth. We model respectful and kind behavior, that we hope they will acquire and learn from. As we welcome questions during play, art, exploring, and learning experiences, we facilitate more creativity and broaden their ability or see from different perspectives. We desire to help children discover their talents and abilities, encourage them to use their talents for good, and highlight the importance of individual uniqueness in our communities, and in the world. We hope and work to create long lasting, trusting relationships with the children we care for and their families. Our model is an academy of learning; therefore, all matriculated students must be at least 2.5 years old, and prepared for a fun, yet structured learning environment. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Our goal is to provide a safe and relaxed atmosphere where children will foster a love to learn, serve, respect, and care for themselves and others; ask lots of questions and find lots of answers; and be recognized for their uniqueness and appreciated for their abilities and ideas. They will learn to create achievable goals, love and appreciate diversity, and gain an understanding of the importance of being a productive part of our community. Students will enjoy healthy food and snacks, have designated homework time, fun and engaging child directed centers. We will provide designated time for outside sports and activities where children and youth can be themselves and share their creativity, talents, and strengths. We hope to instill in each child the reality that they do not need to worry about making mistakes, but rather they will learn to love the process of creating, and participating, and acceptance. A day in my home would include learning time, play, crafts, healthy food and snacks, dance and learning great virtues. My second language is Spanish, so I can help children learn English and Spanish as they prepare for school.
