Caring For Kids From The Heart

Children are our greatest teachers! I helped to raise my three siblings, have two children of my own and have provided care for several other families over the years. I have co-founded two schools, taught at one of them, and formed a kids' soccer league. I am college-educated and built a corporate career, mastering multi-tasking, creative problem-solving and relationship-building. I am known for being highly organized, efficient, communicative, and most of all caring. My personal passions are natural living, holistic wellness/nutrition, education, art/music, nature, gardening, community-building, screen-free time, and volunteering with children in need. With the stresses of today's world, I make lives easier through my unique and mature range of skills and experiences. I am comfortable caring for children of all ages. I believe in a natural, gentle approach to childcare, combined with setting reasonable limits. I look forward to meeting a family with common values.

Leila has been a caring and thoughtful partner to our family this year. Our 4 year old daughter had to leave preschool/daycare due to COVID, and we were really searching for someone who would continue to provide a learning environment for her. Leila uses play to teach our daughter so much about the world around her. Leila is kind, loving, and deeply committed to the welfare of our daughter. We could not have found a better caregiver this year, and are so grateful to have her as a part of our lives.

Seeking position starting late July! Hi I'm Rachel! I have 5 years of nanny experience off and on. My most recent is my current. I nanny for two amazing little girls. They are such a wonderful family and I am so blessed to have them. It's truly a dream job. But, they are moving to Tennessee for a job offer so I will be looking for a new opportunity. I am a responsible, attentive and caring person who loves kids! I am covid conscious and would expect the same. I have a spotless record, clean driving record and a reliable car. I am certified in CPR, I have lifeguard experience and am very energetic. I provide excellent child care along with helping out around the home. Cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping along with taking them to and from school and activities are also part of my daily duties. I am looking for full time and long term. Anything else you would like to know please feel free to contact me. I can also provide outstanding references. And I love all animals!

Rachel is a dream! She is reliable, engaged, kind, honest, and hard working. Our girls have adored her and basically adopted her into our little family. Rachel has been our Full Time Nanny for almost a full year. We are relocating back to TN which is the ONLY reason we aren't still in need of her help. (Trust me - we tried to get her to move with us!) Rachel has loved our girls like her own and has supported our family through a very difficult transitional time. Full time or Part time - she is amazing.
