Hello families! I am a career Nanny turned overnight Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Postpartum Doula & Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I have over 25 years of child care experience including working as a private nanny, lead toddler teacher, infant room care, substitute pre-k and kindergarten teacher, CPPD and NCS. I am looking for a daytime position or overnight newborn support. I know how stressful it can be to lose sleep and I would love to come in and care for your new baby so you can rest. My support includes: - Bring baby to you if you'd like to nurse - Bottle feed and burp baby - Soothe baby back to sleep - Diaper changes - Log of feeding, sleep, diapers, medication if needed - Swaddle baby - Wash pumps and bottle parts - Sleep shaping - Daytime routine to support naps

Liz is an incredible newborn care specialist. She started when our son was a newborn and stayed on with us until he was about 2.5 months old. She saw us through many transitions (and provided great advice at each stage), including baby's difficulty latching and gaining weight early on, implementing bottles overnight, and finally stretching out his night feeds and getting him to connect sleep cycles. She is very knowledgeable about newborns and was always providing us with great tips and recommendations that helped our son thrive (as well as recommendations for nursing/pumping moms that were super helpful to me as a first-time mom). If we have another baby I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
