Seeking PT caregiver for our two boys. My husband is a chef and I am a massage therapist (specializing in prenatal) and a doula. Most of the work would be with our toddler son while our older boy is at school. He would need to be picked up two days a week so being comfortable transporting children is important. This position would be ongoing through the summer months as well. Days needed: Tuesday and Wednesday 8-4, every other friday 8-5. Some additional hours may be available if I need to attend a client's birth.
Our family loves the outdoors, food, sports, animals, crafting, and music. We are very holistic minded and feel strongly about nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.
A is 9 and in third grade. He loves sports. He is a state champion gymnast. He also plays wide receiver and running back for our local football team. He recently started playing lacrosse and is having a blast with that. During quarantine he discovered Fortnite so he does like gaming with his friends but we try to limit that. He also loves visiting and caring for the horses at the barn his grandma keeps her horses.
L is 2&1/2. He loves animals, dinosaurs, superhero's (especially PJ Masks, Ladybug & Cat Noir, the Hulk, Spider-Man, and Batman), dancing, the park, painting, BOOKS!!!, and singing nursery rhymes.
L is a toddler and we are just learning potty training skills.
A is very self-sufficient but sometimes needs to be redirected from the virtual world (Gaming with friends and videos).
Someone that is active and enjoys interacting at the kiddos level. Ideally our caregiver isn't afraid to play ball or go outside. We would love someone who is good with crafting and art projects. Friendly, warm, outgoing personality. Good with animals.
Yes there is parking available on our street and in our driveway
Yes we have one dog and one cat.
Stella is a 10-year-old Jug (Jack Russell/Pug). She loves to talk to new people. Sometimes it takes her a minute to be quiet but once she is comfortable with you she is a snuggle bum and spends most of the day perched on the couch. She is easy to care for and just needs to be let in the yard to go potty a couple times a day.
Mia is our 15 yr old tuxedo cat. She basically lives in our bedroom and chances are you won't see her as she is quite selective about who she interacts with. She has become very very shy after losing her life long companion Marcellus a year ago.
