You will then continue with toddler out on outings each morning: parks, libraries, bus rides, academy of sciences, music class etc, and return to the house at 12p. The right fit is someone who is physically fit as we live on a 3rd floor walk-up, and walk to school includes a hill. No cell phone use permitted during working hours.
