As a mother, the qualities that matter most to me are kindness, trust, respect, and open communication. I hope to find a caregiver who willbecome a trusted extension of our family—someone who genuinely loves working with children and creates a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for my daughter to learn, grow, and feel loved.
I value honest, open communication and believe the best care comes from a strong partnership between parents and caregivers. Mutual respect, reliability, and trust are incredibly important to me, and I hope to build a relationship where we work together as a team, always putting my daughter’s well-being first.
Above all, I want my daughter to be cared for by someone who is patient, compassionate, engaging, and who will celebrate her milestones, encourage her curiosity, and treat her with the same love and respect they would their own family.
At this stage, our daughter is happiest when she’s exploring the world around her! She loves going on walks and taking in all the sights and sounds, and she’s always fascinated by new environments. She enjoys tummy time, where she’s constantly building her strength and reaching new milestones.
She also loves looking at books and being read to, especially when there’s lots of expression and interaction. One of her favorite things is engaging with the people around her—she lights up with smiles, coos, and laughs during conversations, songs, and play. We hope to find a caregiver who enjoys talking, reading, singing, and interacting with her throughout the day, helping nurture her curiosity and love of learning as she grows.
