This is an amazing school to send your child to. We first started with my daughter attending the summer camp. As a bilingual child with a limited amount of English, she was able to blend in naturally and was made comfortable. Her second week at the school was an international day, in which she was able to wear her Ukrainian costume. Ms. Allison and other team members took their time to learn about her background and the card of most common words that she uses in her native language. I really appreciate them for honoring the diversity of the children. Soon after, I signed up my son. Both children come home worn out, hence, I know they are not sitting in front of the screen the whole day. Ms. Nichole, Leah, Stephanie, and Danielle are amazing at communicating by sending you pictures, updates or messages via the bright wheel app. Unfortunately, we have a rotating schedule which does not let us to commit to certain days. Ms. Allison was able to accommodate us through flex pass. All thumbs up and five stars. Keep up the good work.

Place is a joke 320 a week to watch your precious child and yet they have another child watching your child. Just a money making location one child leaves why should they care 1000 more are their. Never would return to tutor time in Massapequa, in Melville, and in lindenhurst

I have this one star only because I had to. My babies have been going to tutor time in Massapequa for about 9 months. Most of the staff there are great. BUT we have had major problems. And one major one recently. One of the staff called social services on us for diaper rash. The problem began in Mrs pattys class, really miss Ricas but Mrs Patty acts like she's the one running the show( complete disrespect to Mrs rica ) Mrs patty would get annoyed every morning when dropping them off because either one of the babies had pooed. We have to drive 20 min to get there and the time of day for them to poo was in the car when we were travelling. She hated it and made comments to say that they should have been changed. We have had nothing but problems with diaper rash and diarrhea since starting this class and they have been coming home with diaper rash. I make my own diaper cream, all natural which I have used for the 6 months I had them home with me with no diaper rash EVER. Mrs patty made a comment and said we should change cream. My comment was, maybe you should change the diapers more often. The next thing we have social services at our door. This is a mother that pushed to have glass bottles instead of plastic bc of bpa and made sure all their food is homemade.
We would have a problem every Friday with them comming home with either diaper rash or diarrhea. During the weekend, back to normal.
When I confronted her she denied it but when challenged she said they should have been called a long time ago and she had it with me. All because of her not agreeing with using natural diaper cream. It was her way or the highway and highway for her was to call child services!

Secondly we had a problem with the place being clean. We would go on everyday and the floors were discustingly dirty and had to complain. The rooms smell of rotting diapers every time you walk into a room and the hallways stink of pee.

The only reason we kept them here is because of the staff except for Mrs patty who is one of those woman that think they can do it better and has no respect for the parents.

The heartache she has caused us, all because she thinks she knows best is indescribable. She honestly does not deserve to be there taking care of my children, let alone any others.

This organization should be ashamed of the way they treat the parents and the way the operate.

Shameful!
