Whippersnapper's Play Gym

Whippersnapper's Play Gym offers extraordinary programs that help children develop confidence and self-esteem through unique activities. We have classes for ages 6 months to 4 years old that encourages growth of fine and gross motor skills and social and emotional development. Children are encouraged to participate in our activities and to play and share with other children in the class, but we also have less structured activities so the children can also explore and learn on their own. Our birthday parties are fun for kids up to age 12 and completely stress-free for adults! Our team takes care of every detail including facilitating games and serving and cleaning up the food. Parents can enjoy the party and interact with their guests while we handle it all! We are also closed to the public during your party which makes for a much more personal and united experience for everyone. Our Open Play times are for all ages and do not require any commitment or membership. Just stop in, pay the low admission price and stay for as long as you wish within our open play times. During the summer and school holidays, we run a day camp for children, ages 3-8, that is licensed by the State of Connecticut. Our camp is very flexible as we do not require any minimum enrollments, you pick what days you'd like your child to attend. We have full day or half day camp and also offer before and aftercare options. We have our indoor air conditioned play area and a fenced in outdoor area with a water sprinkler. Our camp directors are all college graduates, have each been employed at Whippersnapper's for over 6 years and are state certified to be camp directors and first aid directors. Whippersnapper's Play Gym customers are family. We love watching your children grow and love being part of the community. The best part of our day is when families enter the gym as strangers and leave as friends. Building a strong community and support system for families is invaluable to us.
