I Didn't know anything about this agency until the other day when I had an encounter with one of the employees whom I understand has worked at this agency for a long time and is outspoken well she came up on me in my face swinging her finger talked very harsh I was overwhelmed and felt violated as well as threatened she was working for a family I felt threatened when she came up on me because I do not know her however do feel like it's a poor demonstration of an employee of this company whom should demonstrate integrity and human decency to ppl I didn't know if her intentions were to bodily harm me and she didn't stop there when I called the company to talk to the CEO of the company she answered the phone I asked to speak to someone over her and she wouldn't let me speak to anyone she said that and I quote there's NO ONE OVER ME!
I reached out to the CEO left my number and they haven't respond as of yet I was also told by individual whom had worked there they wouldn't do anything to her so if this company who is so highly rated send ppl of this stature in to ppl home and intimidate folk and are hostile to the point your left feeling like they could be violent to you and nobody even calls back to find out what happened says a lot about the ppl whom they employee and keep on their payroll and send to folk houses I would dare not want Kim which is her name to work
For me and definitely not be s caregivers you can't be a good caregiver and flip on ppl for reasons that you think are justifiable Kim is a Karen what started out as a beautiful morning was ruined by a cruel person
