AMAZING!!

Right at Home Orlando is the best home care provider we have ever used. Their caring attitude and level of concern for my needs were great, they provided comfort and reassurance and the caregiver always had a calm attitude. They are always providing consistent care for me and respond to every one of my needs. Their office is prompt and attentive and we recommend Right at Home to everyone we know who needs senior care!.

Right at Home is the best. The were quick, affordable and did everything we wanted a home care company to do. We aren't surprised they are rated as one of the best home care agencies in Orlando. They did an excellent job with my Father!. Thank you Right at Home

As someone who has worked for other home health agencies, I found Right at Home Orlando to be the most disorganized and unprofessionally managed agency I have ever experienced.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the company is desperate for workers and is trying to get their current employees to work as much as they can. I'd already be scheduled for overtime, and they'd be calling and emailing me multiple times per day asking me to take on even more shifts, going so far as to guilt trip me by saying things like "can't you just help me out" or "don't you want to make more money?" ...

Additionally, we barely received any training and the online classes that they did offer, they expected us to do on our own time, whereas other companies would pay us to complete additional courses, recognizing that it would make us better and more valuable employees and help their brand in the long term. Right at Home management has no such foresight and is focused only on short-term profit as opposed to the health and wellbeing of both their employees and their clients.

We were even required to pay for our own uniforms - 30 bucks per shirt! All the other healthcare companies that I have worked for provided me with uniforms free of charge or allowed me to purchase my own uniforms at fair market rates. Right at Home management price gouges their own employees for the very shirts they require them to wear.

Also, there seems to be very little, if any, communication between the scheduling team. I'd get calls constantly asking me if I could do a shift, even though I already agreed to or declined it. Furthermore, days that I requested off were often disregarded and I had to contact management multiple times to get them to take me off the schedule for days and times that I had requested off well in advance.

The management is extremely aggressive. On several occasions their pushy and unprofessional conduct literally left me speechless from shock. Daisy Claudio especially I'd like to call out as being extremely unprofessional and even gaslighting employees. It just honestly breaks my heart how she treats caregivers.

The clients that I worked with also had many complaints about the company. They would often not receive notification from the company when a shift was cancelled or when a shift was changed to a different date or time. They would be frustrated with the constant changing of caregivers due to high turnover for the reasons that I and many other reviewers have pointed out. They couldn't establish a relationship or a set routine, because both shift times and caregivers would be changing on them chaotically. Some were also frustrated over the caregivers lack of training. The home health aides couldn't provide care to the level that the company promised the clients that they'd receive because management does not provide adequate training or enough incentives to attract qualified employees or encourage existing employees to pursue further training at their own expense, as previously mentioned.

My constructive feedback for the company is firstly to improve organization and communication between the schedulers, make employees feel more valued and supported instead of throwing them under the bus and scapegoating them every time something goes wrong (often through management's own negligence), maybe have the HR team take some communication and active listening courses, and raise their wages, because places like Target and Lowes are hiring for 15 dollars an hour and even help their employees pay college tuition up to five thousand dollars. On the other hand, Right at Home Orlando will not even pay for courses or offer more compensation for higher certifications such as the CNA, and there seemed to be no encouragement or even basic support for home health aides to work their way up in the industry, no clear paths for career growth.

I could go on, but I hope that I've made my point. I hope that this review helps both prospective employees and potential clients to know what they are getting into if they decide to do business with Right at Home, and that management will take measures to address the legitimate grievances voiced by both home health aides and clients and their families.

Working for this company was such a stressful, anxiety-provoking, and frustrating experience that I resigned without two weeks notice - something that I have never done before and would never do except that their culture of scapegoating and gaslighting fostered by unprofessional, uncaring, and frankly incompetent management made working for them any longer simply intolerable. They may attempt to paint me as a disgruntled former employee and cast doubt on my review, as they have done for other reviewers who leave negative (and true) feedback, but let the reader judge for themselves.

Right at Home has been very helpful and a pleasure to have in the home. They have been able to send me caregivers are bilingual which has helped me tremendously. My aide is great! she cooks, cleans and does my laundry and has been a great help. In addition, their office team helped me navigate the VA system to get in home care and then ensure I was getting the most out of my benefits and respite care.

Wonderful agency to work with. Caregivers were professional, compassionate. Office staff was very through and very understanding of my needs for my loved one.

Right at Home has always been there to help me and my husband with our home care needs. They are always quick to respond, are compassionate and patient. When we were looking for a company to help with Parkinson's we found Right at Home to help us with bathing, food preparation and with our laundry. Their caregivers go above and beyond for us.

We ended up choosing Right at Home Orlando to help with my mom's in home care after they were recommend to us from Kindred Home Health. They provided the services we were looking for at a good price. The owner came out to our house to talk to us about their services, and that made a real impression on us knowing he cared. The service has been exceptional, they have a fantastic team of caregivers, however sometimes you might not get a great fit. The team works with you to ensure they get a caregiver who is better match which is nice. Their impact on our families live has been invaluable. We truly could not have been able to do it without them. Their communication is exception. They are accessible, very responsive and pleasant. They follow up with me about how things are going and help find us care at flexible times.

Right at Home Orlando was suggest to us from our Advent Health Social worker and its been wonderful to have them help my loved one. I'm able to take a little break when the caregiver is here and its provided my loved one with a break from me as well. When Jasmine comes, she helps my mother take a shower, makes her lunch and spends some quality time with her. They talk about what's going on in the work and read some magazines which my mother loves. Their team of caregivers know exactly what to look for, what to expect and what do to next to help her. They treat my mother lovingly, patiently and as if my mother was their mother.

My social worker had referred me to Right at Home for some of my home care needs. I must say, Right at Home is punctual, hardworking and really nice. They have helped me a lot and their team always introduces me to the Caregivers. Its been an excellent company to work with and they always call me to make sure I am okay, because if I fell, I would be in a lot of trouble. Their team understand my needs and everyone they send have been really sweet and caring.

Right at Home has always provided me with good, quality in home care. When the caregiver came, she was on time and did what she was asked to do for me. She was eager and ready to do her job every time. I would absolutely recommend Right at Home to a friend if they needed in home services.

We decided to work with Right at Home because the owner came out, met with me and my husband and informed us of all the different options. The owner helped educate us on benefits we didn't know we could receive through the VA and helped walk us through the process. The office staff is great and worked with us to find the right caregiver who could accommodate our demanding schedule, they come on time, do what we ask and ask if there is anything else they can do to help. Their care team takes charge and tries to find solutions to help with my husbands care, they are attentive, caring and always look for something to do. In other words, if they run out of things to do, they ask for more things to do to help.

The Caregiver from Right at Home knows exactly what to do and goes ahead and does it when she arrives. She is prompt and will do anything that I ask of her. For my wife, they wash her, get her up, and get her dressed which is a big help since I can't do it on my own. They help make the beds, sweep, and wash the floors. The Caregiver is very good with my wife, they take their time, and they don't rush her. They are very kind to her and they are easygoing. The office staff is also very helpful, if there is a schedule change or someone calls off, they notify me in advance and work on getting someone else out to help

We have used Right at Home for a few years now and I appreciate how the caregivers take very good care of my husband, they always comes prepared. When I go out I feel safe leaving him with the caregiver and know he will be taken care of. Right at Home is very good about who they send, they are very attentive to all our requests. This helps me relax and do the things I need to do. Our Caregiver is helpful in any way possible, she will clean the kitchen and change his diapers and clean up his area, all while making him laugh.

I don't know what I would do without my caregiving services. Right at Home Orlando's caregiver is so helpful. She never hesitates to ask, and if I ask her to make the bed, she will ask to do other tasks while she is doing that.

We chose Right at Home Orlando because it allowed my to keep my loved one at home, while giving me and my family piece of mind. The owner came out and met with our family on a weekend and they seemed to have everything in order which is what we were looking for. Evelyn, the caregiver really cares about my mother and follow through with the with the tasks we leave for her. They work with her to encourage my mother with her activity books, walking and taking care of her health. We really appreciate that they also helped find a caregiver that speaks my mother's language and takes the time to talk with her.

Right at Home Orlando has always sent someone who works well with my Aunt, she is in her 80's and has really bad dementia. The ladies interact well with my Aunt and sometimes do more with her than some of our own family. They are always on time and keeps her active throughout the day. The caregivers wash her clothes, cook for her and even take her out to get her haircut. She loves when they visit and gets to go on some nice walks with them. Even though my Aunt can be rude and tough sometimes, the caregivers are really patient with her and its really important for us.

Right at Home is the most important thing to me because without them I can't survive. Usually, I can call the office if I have a problem and they will send a caring and compassionate caregiver who understands my situation.

The Caregiver takes care of my husband which is the most important thing. She also helps me change the bed, drives us to run errands and always does what we ask. My Husband can be stubborn but the Caregiver knows how to handle him very well, even better than me. He loves her!

My mother's caregivers have done everything that I have asked them to, which is to care for my mother's health and provide home services for her. They talk to her and show interest in what she wants to talk about. They care are ready to help with whatever services she needs.

Right at Home Orlando is very good and very nice. My father loves the caregiver that comes in, and she does a very nice job. My father was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and the caregivers have a clearer view of his situation. The caregivers are matched well with what we need, they do a good job.

We had been trying to take care of my live-in parents and it proved to be a very tiring task. We hired Right At Home Orlando to help and it was the best decision. Elizabeth was a great caregiver and helped through the night so we could get the rest we needed. She got them ready for bed and ready in the morning as well. It was the extra hand we needed around the house and made night so much more comfortable for my parents and us.

Nikki, the owner was always free to take my call and answer any questions we had. Pam, our caregiver was amazing and acted like a member of family. Lots of choices and we were glad we went with Right at Home.
