I do not recoupment new beginnings what's so ever. I put my 6 week old daughter in there and at first I loved it, but as the summer started getting warmed I realized there was no AC in the infant rooms. So I complained and they would not fix it. I walked in at an unscheduled time to hear my daughter screaming all the way up front, mind you the infant room was in the back. I walked into the class room frantic and was told "it's to hot to hold your child". I instantly pulled my daughter. I was furious. My 6 week old depends on someone to play with her and interact with her and they were not because it was to hot. Fast farward my daughter turns 1, and I hesitantly called to get her into the 1 year old room where they did have ac. I was on the waiting list for 3 MONTHS and was told my daughter was skipped over multiple times because she isn't allowed back there due to us complaining about the ac. "They can't afford anymore complaints"
Who knows what really happens and parents are to afraid to complain because their kid won't be welcomed back. This place is TERRIBLE.

My daughter has been at New Beginnings since she was 4 months old (currently 2.5) and she has done really well. She has learned a lot of songs and seems to be getting a lot out of the lessons and activities. The schedule is consistent, but not overloaded and I'm very happy with the way they handle security, cleanliness of the facilities, and illness. Since I have to work and family can't watch her, I have felt she is well cared for at New Beginnings.

Big town childcare facility with a small town price. Kids are separated according to age. Facility is a discontinued elementary school so kids have a gym, playground and plenty of classrooms. Dedicated teachers with learning activities appropriate for every age. Very pleased that both my kids attend. Facility has a janitor that cleans the school every day. The kids even love him.

New Beginnings Child Care has a custodian on staff that thoroughly cleans the entire facility every evening and the carpets are cleaned on a regular basis. The staff is very aware of ensuring that toys are sanitized everyday. There are well-balanced, nutritious meals and snacks provided. The children are busy with meaningful, developmentally appropriate activities and learning opportunities, as well as given an environment where positive social competency is formed. The 80+ (and growing daily!) families that are currently enrolled seem to be very pleased with the services and facilities that New Beginnings Child Care has to offer.

This facility is dirty and very unprofessional. The only up side to this place is its amazing cook. She cooks for the kids very healthy and delicious meals. All the while they will not allow her to have an oven/stove. How she does it I do not know but they better hold on to her because no one else will work in those conditions.
