I am a nurturing caregiver with a warm and loving spirit who is looking to bond and grow long term with families and support them in their work days by providing a bright and cheery daytime home for their children where they will feel loved and well cared for!

My home sits in a very quiet, cozy neighborhood with nature trails and a large playground area just a short walk from home. Our front and back yards are very spacious with lots of room to run and play with fences to keep our little ones safe.

My energetic, creative, and playful spirit will fill your child's days and heart! I plan fun, theme based, structured, child-focused days that will change with the children's needs. We spend much time outdoors exploring nature and learning about the world around us. We will develop a love and thankfulness for the beauty that surrounds us, and an appreciation for the seasons and changes in nature that take place in the part of the country where we live.

I am a self starter who will take the initiative to organize fun and educational theme based outings. Children enjoy the numerous activities that are available in our community including programs organized by the local libraries, nature centers, zoos, and parks. We are very active but careful to create a balance of active and quiet times to avoid an overly scheduled day.

Our indoor activities include lots of cuddle time, reading great books, doing arts and crafts, learning about music, singing and playing instruments, playing math games, doing science activities, working on puzzles, role playing, learning how to cook, and helping with chores around the house.

I have 20 years experience with children and a solid understanding of their needs emotionally, physically, mentally, and socially. I am well equipped to recognize these changing needs during each stage of the child's development. I believe that building self confidence in children is a primary focus in each stage of development and I teach growth in self confidence by encouraging a child's natural desire for independence while teaching age appropriate safety and boundaries.

I have a degree in Early Childhood Development and am certified in Infant and Child CPR & First Aid. I am very committed to supporting your family in your days and would love to share testimonies from current families that I work with.
