I am open 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. There will be a curriculum, it all depends on the age of kids.
Infant - we will work on Tummy time, baby sign language, playing, doing
things babies like to do. I will provide bottles and carnationGood<br/>Start formula.<br/>Toddler - We will work on potty training, learning our ABC, colors,<br/>shapes, numbers, animals, and what the theme of the month.<br/>Preschooler - Getting ready for Kindergarten writing our names first and<br/>last, Phone number, Address, ABC, shapes, numbers, animals. I plan to<br/>also find those teachable moments to help with the creativity and<br/>knowledge.<br/>School age- Work on homework, playing games, helping with younger kids,<br/>and playing with friends.<br/><br/>We plan on having special enrichments at least once a month such as a<br/>music teacher, storyteller, Spanish teacher who will come into my home<br/>and teach us something new and fun.<br/><br/>Some daily activities<br/>Story time<br/>Arts/Crafts<br/>Baking/ cooking projects<br/>Small muscle (puzzles,blocks,etc.)<br/>Large Muscle<br/>Sensory (water/sand table ')<br/>Writing<br/>Dramatic play<br/>specially selected TV<br/>Field trips<br/>Learning<br/>Reading tree<br/>FUN LOVING ENVIRONMENT <br/><br/>I worked at New Horizon Academy for about 3 years.
