About the business
One on one in home fitness / exercise programs for home bound seniors focusing on strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. My goal is to keep seniors as active and independent as possible so that they can remain in their own homes. I have 12 years of experience in all levels of senior care. I am also a certified Senior Fitness Trainer and a certified Personal Trainer. My unique background allows me to truly understand the needs of seniors of all levels of care including those with cognitive impairments. It is my passion to improve the quality of life of those who find it difficult to leave their homes, are recovering from a hospital or rehab stay or who just want to remain as independent as possible.
