Megan's In-home Child Care

I have a Master's degree in Education in Family Therapy from Duquesne University, and I specialized in working with children for the last five years. I worked with children with Autism, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Attention Deficit Disorder for allfive of those years. <br/> <br/>I taught social skills in a group setting to children with developmental delays as well as in my home. I also helped parents teach children to use positive manners consistently. I am currently helping a four-year old learn how to play games with good sportsmanship, turn-taking, and helping foster patience. I am also helping this child learn to write numbers and letters. I am very confident in my ability to help your child with all of these skills, and more! <br/> <br/>The last three years have blessed me to be able to work in my home with neighborhood children with a one year-old to, now, four year-old and other elementary age children. I am now looking for an infant or young child to provide a nurturing environment in my clean, smoke-free, pet-free ranch home. I am looking for a family to grow with as the child flourishes in your home and mine.
