Little Rascals Early Learning Center

At Little Rascals Early Learning Center, we believe children learn best by doing what they do best, Playing. We design the learning environment in a way that encourages learning while the children are playing. Children have the opportunity everyday to engage in language and literacy activities, science and math activities, art or dramatic play activities, and social studies or music activities. The children have opportunities to interact with other children as the staff helps them to gain and strengthen social and emotional skills.
Little Rascals has a large outdoor playground which the children utilize daily. The playground has a large variety of learning materials which encourage large motor activities. The children have to space to play ball, ride bikes, climb and slide or cook out on the play grill.
At Little Rascals, we welcome all children and do not discriminate. We feel all children, regardless of their special need or the language they speak, have the right and desire to learn among their peers in an environment that is developmental appropriate and we make adaptations to the environment and activities so that all the children can participate 100%.
The staff at Little Rascals is highly qualified. The owner has a degree in Early Childhood Education as well as 28 years experience. Three of the other staff members either have degrees or are in the process of obtaining a degree or a CDA.
