We have used this company for my Mom (for 6years) and just recently for my mom in law(5months) and could not have asked for better people to meet our needs!! Archie was amazing at finding the perfect fits for us both times and Nicole with our most recent needs, was great at touching base with us as to how things were going. They were very supportive to us all the way thru Hospice care! Thank you, In Home! You are a blessing to us! You allowed us to be family and you handled the care giving!

Not honest about the availability of caregivers. They told me that they could provide me with what my husband needed. In reality, they only had 2 different people available and neither of them could provide the type of care my husband needed. I was in the hospital having knee surgery and felt that my husband was unsafe. When I got back from the hospital and met the caregiver I realized she was not capable of providing the care we needed. When I called to request a different caregiver they told me they only had one other person who wouldn't be available for a few days so we were left without a caregiver for approx. three days. The second caregiver was also not qualified or ready to provide safe care for my husband. Both caregivers, themselves, expressed that they should not have been assigned to our case. They did not feel comfortable and adequate. I was left feeling that the owner(s) of this agency only cared about the money rather than caring about our needs or the needs of their employees. If I had known that they only had two employees available, I would have sought out a different agency. I never had the chance because they assured me that they had plenty of employees to choose from. I would give this agency a rating of 0 if I could.
