Unfortunately give negative stars. DO NOT pay before services are rendered. You won't get your money back if you stop services. I went to the Ohio Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau . She did not respond to them, so they couldn't get my 95 year old mothers money back.
No other home care that I've dealt with expected money upfront.
I could say so much more. Just DON'T pay ahead of time . Call a different company

So unprofessional! Will have you waiting for years for a response after a paid service! Voicemail is full, doesn't respond to DM's

If I could give zero stars, I would. We used her company for my grandma. For the first couple of weeks, everything went well. One day no one showed up. We couldn't reach the owner. She had a hurt neck, and couldn't even send a text to say no one was coming. Well, she had already been paid for that time and the upcoming few days. At the time, that's how she operated. Because of the no call, no show, we had no choice but to end services with her company. And it took her over a day to even respond to texts and calls. I understand being sick, but as a business owner, there has to be better communication. When we asked for the refund of services not rendered, she blocked the phone number. Blocked on Facebook. We contacted BBB and the state attorney General, as she had close to $3,000 of my grandma's. Unfortunately, they were unable to accomplish anything.

Honey's Support Home Agency has been very essential with the care they have provided for my family. The workers are friendly, willing to go beyond the call of duty to make sure our family is happy with the services provided, feel comfortable, and safe! Good agencies are hard to come by but I would definitely recommend working with Honey's Supoort if you are in need of home health care
