The aides from this company are unprofessional and disrespectful. Both morning and evening aides had their shoes off and bare feet on our sofa watching tv, lounging. Not watching the client. When Hawa was informed about this, she went to a meeting instead of correcting her staff so this happened again the very next day. After being told to remove their feet off our couch, the am aide was offensively disrespectful and actually refused to leave our house! We had to call the police to escort her out. The next day, I walked in the house to visit my mom and observed the pm aide (a different aide) laying sideways, with her bare feet on our furniture, lounging watching a movie instead of the client. She was told to remove her bare feet off our furniture. Then she was asked to go assist the client with evening snack and coloring. Instead of doing her job, the aide abandoned my mother, an Alzheimer's patient. She packed up her belongings and walked out, left 2 hours early without replacement coverage. The aides from this company use customer's electricity to charge multiple cell phones and surf on the phones 80 percent of the time instead of activities with the customer. Instead of correcting the staff, Hawa terminated the service in retaliation, because we complained and said, I did not have the right to talk to the aide about my own mother! Seriously!

a great company, i can't say enough good things to say about this place. Hawa Sherie, the owner went the extra mile for me, to help get started with home care. My life has changed for the better after i started using H&M personal home care LLC

Hawa has been very accommodating in providing assistance for my mom. She is able to get someone to cover for her often at the last minute. She is flexible about changing aides to find the right fit for my mom.

Hawa guided my family through the COSA/Medicaid system professionally and enabled us to obtain the services we needed. She personally assisted finding the right care team and is always available to help us with our needs. I highly recommend H &M Personal Homecare
