DO NOT ENROLL YOUR TODDLERS TO THIS DAY-CARE My daughter who was in the toddler room was bitten twice
Which made the third incident. The first one my daughter was scratched and the second and third she was bitten. The second incident she was bit on her finger. I received a boo boo report and phone call. The final incident that made me take her out of the day-care occurred on 2-27-18. I walked in to find my 18month old with a runny nose and red teeth marks on her cheek. I asked why I was not called and I was informed by Mrs. Nicole that a child bit my daughter and it happened just as I was walking in. She stated my daughter didn't cry much and no one had a incident report for me. I went to the front desk and advised that I wanted to see the recording. I was told I wasn't allowed, so I asked the woman at the front to call the director or someone in charge aka the owner. The director arrived and as I was talking she never looked at me once and was opening mail which was unprofessional. She went to look at the video and 5 mins later advised my mother and I to come to the back in her office. As we watched the video we never saw or heard my daughter cry or see the teacher react to anything that occurred. So the director said she would review it that night and I would have an incident report and also her report as to what she saw on 28-18. My husband dropped off our oldest and received the incident report which stated my daughter was bit at 3:45pm and they didn't see any marks until two hours later. (I knew this was not true, my child is very light skinned and when she scratches her stomach I can see red marks appear) I asked the director why I was not called if the incident happened at 345pm and she stated she didn't know and would need to watch the video because she didn't see anything on the video with the time that was provided. She advised on 2-27-18 she would review it.... I never received a report when I called 4x (and spoke with her all 4x) I called again a 5x and I was informed she was gone for the day. I asked the front desk to please call the director and have her call me asap. I never received a call which was very unprofessional nor did the owner contact me and she was informed per the director. I didn't receive a new report until 3-1-18 & I had to call her once again at 5pm to find out what really happened to my child. She advised the incident happentoddlers 4:38pm and they put a cold rag on my daughter cheek and gave TLC. But I never received a call which was suppose to happen. The new report advised the red teeth marks didn't appear until later. The toddler room has to many kids and not enough teachers to help. Both incident occurred with Mrs. Nicole which let's me know she needs more help or needs to be trained on how to handle a boo boo report. I should have received a call from the owner once I removed my daughter from their facility. The director is very unprofessional, needs more training, and needs to hire more teachers so these incidents don't continue to occur. She also didn't even have the 2nd incident when my daughter was bit but I have it. She never called me back to advise what really happened, I never saw the video.. So don't know if she's being honest about what happened. I had to call her more than 4x and it took her two days to get me a report on what she saw on the video. I took my child out of the toddler room and would advise those with toddlers TO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE!!! I witnessed personally a child smacking another child twice and I had to advise the teacher. My daughter cries when she falls so I know for a fact my baby was screaming when bitten. They dropped the ball and tried to cover it up without letting me see the video regarding the second report. & not once did the owner contact me! When I met her the day I was enrolling my daughter she was very rude and that should have been a red flag. I also have pics of the bite mark that remained on my daughters face for two days. Now I stay home with my daughter since they couldn't do their job properly. My child also got mouth, foot & & hand virus from this day-care because they have several kids with runny noses and they don't even clean them up which I've seen personally. Horrible day-care for a toddler who can't tell you what happened. I have a 3yr old and her teacher is awesome, the morning teacher. The evening teacher could careless about the kids. When watching my daughter on the camera the night teacher is always mopping and trying to clean up so she can go home rather than pay attention to my child, so I make sure to pick up my 3yr old my 530pm.

I enrolled my 3 yr old son at Grayson Academy last year. After 3 months, I enrolled my son in a different school. After observing Grayson Academy, on a daily basis, the "school" was more about the employees than the children. The staff was really unprofessional and focused on themselves. They even gossiped about their own employees to myself and other parents. There were times the children seemed to annoy some employees, especially 2 of the employees at the entrance desk.
I'm not one to judge, but when it comes to my child, I feel that all parents deserve an aspect from experience. If there would've been no availability at other schools, I would've had a sitter watch him before ever taking him there again.
