Direct Care Worker Job Description:

To provide a safe environment for the individuals you are serving. To engage individuals in a loving manner and be patient enough to receive love in return. You will be working in an individuals home and must be respectful of their environment. When requested by individuals, care givers will assist in any areas of daily living to promote gentle teaching. Caregiver responsibilities will involve all ares of the individuals needs encouraging their assistance at all times. Care givers will teach individuals to feel safe and loved, and to be loving towards others. Care givers are hired to work/assist the needs of the individuals which we serve.

Locations are in both Macomb and Oakland Counties.

Completion of MORC Part 1 Training preferred.
