We have 5 kids all together (24, 16, 15, 14, and 15 months) and will become grandparents in September! Our 15-month-old loves music, he has down syndrome and is a heart baby (had surgery at 4 months old... it was a success!). He is pretty on par with development but we work hard in physical therapy, occupational therapy and other activities to aid in his continued development. He needs help with developmental skills, working on walking, feeding, eating table food and other physical tasks. We're looking for someone who has experience with children with special needs. Caregiver must be CPR/first aid certified and have own transportation. Schedule is M-R and every other Friday. Our family includes 3 dogs and 5 chickens!

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Washington. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. We are in need of someone that will be willing to do a 1-1. 5 year stretch with our twin little girls A and E until they are in kindergarten. She's able to handle her own medication management. We need someone to come help her for a couple of hours both in the morning and at night. About the care needs: We're looking for a female caregiver. Mom is hard of hearing and reads lips it's helpful to work with someone who is a native English speaker. She would love someone who is friendly and kind. If you're talkative or funny you'll get along great. She can be a fall risk so it would be important to be able to help lift her if needed. She isn't a heavy person. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
