As a past employee I have worked there and am truly disgusted on how its ran. The director treats her employees with little respect and little regard. She doesn't listen to concerns and often doesn't do things that help the children. She is so far removed from the classroom that she doesn't know what works or even the reality of what we are dealing with. Its so sad because most of the workers there are great but until management changes the good workers will keep leaving. I would have left sooner if I had to enroll my own child because the classrooms can be chaotic and I would never really know what happened to my kid. They could have been left, hurt, cussed at who knows. They wouldn't tell me at director's orders.
