We are a licensed, small group (6 residents max) residential board and care facility that specializes in the high quality care of seniors with dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, under hospice or those whom are bedridden. Additionally, we also care for semi-independent seniors that need daily assistance with self care like eating, bathing, dressing and medication management. We maintain a low ratio of 1:2 (caregiver to residents) in order to fully meet the unique needs of each resident. Our newly remodeled homefeatures full wheelchair accessibility for safety and convenience, clean and comfortable private and shared rooms, and fresh meals cooked daily. Covello Manor's resident owner/operator, Lorna Weishaar, is a LVN and oversees the care of each resident, coordinating their medical needs with her staff, the resident's doctors or hospice team and communicates with family members to address any changes in condition.
