Be careful using this company, they send druggies and caregivers that has questionable past. I came home from attending my son's school program after our private caregiver left and texted me that she doesn't feel right about the Caregiver that this company sent. it was around 8:30pm and the program was almost finished, our Private CG stayed awhile just to make sure that I get home right after she left. I got in the house and this CG from Continued Care was fixing her hair and asked me if I have garbage bag to put on her head, her hair was a mess, her eyes were dilated and keeps rolling back and forth talking gibberish. She probably thought no one was going to be home. I got so scared and told her to leave, she refused, saying that she doesn't have a ride. Told her not my problem, i am not going to have someone like her watching over my mom. Called the company and the manager played it like it's normal. Like wth! Never again. I suggest to look for a company that's bonded and insured and does background investigation on their Caregivers. Your family is more important than saving a few dollars for their care.
