Columbia Montessori School has an opening for a teachers assistant for our afternoon day care program. Person must have at least one year experience working with young children and the 90-hour Child Care Senior Staff Certification is mandatory. Fluency in speaking and writing English is required as well as being a permanent US resident. We are looking for a cheerful, energetic and enthusiastic person who loves young children. The position includes supervising positive child play and helping over see a group of 18 three and four-year-olds. The hours are 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Compensation is negotiable.
