**Care plan's are not all alike, We do take that into consideration! CRH offer's care for any level ofassistance yourself or loved one may need.** <br/> <br/>Daily Hygiene-General <br/>Showering assistance- Fall prevention, Full assist, Some assistance etc. <br/>bathing; bed bathing <br/>Dressing <br/>Hygiene reminders/cues <br/>Bathroom assistance; catheter, colostomy, brief refreshing etc. <br/>Feeding- Some assistance/Full assistance **Care specific** <br/>Medication reminders <br/>Medication administration (Per consumer or consumer's family request) <br/>Food/Meal preparation <br/>Hour to Hour/Day companionship <br/>Transportation to/from appointments; community outings or needs. <br/>Grocery shopping with consumer <br/>General household cleaning- Fall prevention <br/>Crafting- Based on consumer's interest <br/> <br/>We may not have something specific that you're looking for listed, but we would love to answer any question's you may if so! <br/> <br/>Upon consultation, We can meet in the location of your choosing, We want you to feel comfortable! At times it can be difficult to reach out, CRH understands that completely. <br/>During the consultation, the needs of care would be gone over, in detail, and a Consumer specific Care plan would be established.
