Children s Village is a progressive, structured Montessori located in historic DuPont, Washington. Our highly trained staff guide preschool through kindergarten students in curriculum including, but not limited to: language arts, math, science, botany,zoology, geography, engineering, practical life, sensorial, music, art, theatre, cooking, sewing and gardening.<br/><br/>EXPERIENCE<br/>Crystal and Steve Wyant have been educating children in the community since 1997. Crystal has 14 years of Montessori experience and is the director of both the morning and afternoon sessions. She is assisted by two teachers in each session, for a teacher to student ratio of 1-7. Assistant teachers are also highly trained in traditional Montessori eduction. <br/><br/>PHILOSOPHY<br/>We believe <br/> the cornerstone of the Montessori approach to learning is your child s natural curiosity.<br/> children should have the opportunities to develop to their maximum abilities.
