sometimes the office staff doesn't get back to you, and sometimes they are short staffed. but they do their best to try to cover you and call you when they don't have coverage. It is hard when the girls don't get paid much to find good help.

Aides are too busy texting and playing games on their smartphones to render any aid. Agency does not have on call staff available if an aide doesn't show, which happens frequently. If you complain about this, agency threatens to contact your insurance carrier and drop you. Don't waste your time or money!
