AMR Care Group serves Long Island, New York City and it's boroughs, providing care coordination with respect for the family and dignity of each client. All caregivers are carefully screened with a personal interview and background check, as well as trained, bonded, insured and covered by NYS Disability and WorkersCompensation.

<br/>Companions use their own cars to transport clients to medical appointments, shopping, movies, museums, social events and other destinations; companions can drive client's car if preferred. Client's with Dementia or Alzheimer's disease are matched with companions trained by AMR Care Group to understand changes in behavior and mood. They are also educated about interactions that may improve socialization and sustain the client's cognition.
