My dad was a client of theirs, they did a great job right to the end. Better than Hospice because they used staff people he already knew and had real staff with him 24 hours a day not just by phone. Their nurses came as scheduled and as requested. They called the Dr. and picked up the meds, took blood and all required lab samples, took the time to communicate with family very professional yet very much like a family member. Their staff made that awful middle of the night phone call with compassion and willingness to help and we as a family are grateful. Thank You is not enough!

I called these people it seemed strange 37 years in business & bad reviews don't just don't add up! They were very nice, came to see me, did paper work & during that time they explained that if my help did not do their computer & paper work on time & if I don't sign to say that i am happy & they did their time the home help don't get paid. They ask me to sign saying I understood how important this is to collect my insurance money. So now I ask about these reviews? Did you do your computer & paper work on time & did you get the paper signed? Or did you forget to add that part in your reviews? Thank you Connie

All needs senior services will not pay people that have worked for her Gave the ower used me, Crystal Butler, to get money from the government .You can not get away from Jason my wage claim investigator so the best thing to do is call him because he is not going away you can't tell him anything .well I can see you did not like my gift investigator Jason Koontz from the state of Michigan wage claim this company have lost a few lawsuits but for those who can't pay Filing fee the next best thing is go to Lansing wage claim she may get closed down after my wage claim investigator see that she has been frauding the state

BAD REV 1>doesn't pay employees, below average care, and fake reviews. No decent nurse would stay on with this company. Seems they may be under new management though hopefully this is the case. 2>Please understand the employees are not always the problem, it is most definitely management in this case.3>This place is the most awful place to work for... I have really enjoyed my place here. I am in a Admin in the office and the owner is great and office Team are all team players. We passed our JACO and the Ladies were really nice and lots of nice things to say about our owner and staff.

Please do research before joining this company or putting a loved one in their care. They have many reviews on Facebook and Google stating that they do not pay employees, which was my experience. They also have complaints of inadequate care of loved ones due to nurses quitting because they are not being paid.
