We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. Obviously you would need to be comfortable caring for a sick child or children and need to be COVID vaccinated. . We pay at a rate of $225 per day for emergency care for one of our children and $250 for both children. Hourly rate otherwise is $22/hr.
