We mostly need help with our 9-month-old but will need some halo with our 6-year-old as well while she is in summer break. Baby L needs someone to play with and help with feeding and naps while we work from home and also while we are away at work. Our schedule is pretty flexible and changes week to week. Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. My schedule may vary.
