Anything You Don't Feel Like Doing! :)

You've never met someone quite like me, or so I've been told. I love to clean and organize! A little about me is that I have about 2 years of experience being a personal assistant. I'm currently employed by a family that I met here on care! Some of my duties include driving members of the family to their appointments, errands, and school. I'm also helping them to organize their home. So far we've worked on their garage, pantry, garage, and closet! I always say that nothing is " too messy " or " too unorganized" for me. I can get it done! I'm also very efficient and prompt when it comes to running errands. If you want something some correctly and efficiently, look no further!

Ashley worked with us for a few months and was exactly what we were looking for when she started. However, as time went on, she would call out and ended up calling out over 13 days in a 4 month period. She was out sick and because the amount of time off grew, I asked via text if she would be returning and she decided not to. She had signed a contract indicating she would give two weeks notice and when I asked her if she would follow through with what she agreed to, she ignored my request. However, she then offered to provide occasional babysitting. Because of the short notice, we were unable to find a back up and our child was missing a class we had paid for. I asked her to then cover two dates because despite the inconsistency, my kids loved her. She agreed to, but only showed up for one of the dates and cancelled on us for the other date. I told her that we would have kept her forever because she really did bond with our kids. However, her call outs made that impossible. She would be fantastic for a family that has flexibility with their schedule and can afford to occasionally not have their nanny available. Unfortunately, we don't work the kind of jobs that allow for that. We wish her the best and appreciate the time we did have with her before it all went awry.
