Nanny Needed Starting In July- Irregular Schedule

Hi! Our wonderful nanny won't be able to watch our 1-year-old starting July. I'm an ER doc and have a very irregular schedule, I work both days & nights at different times and some weekends/holidays. My husband is in law-enforcement and currently works Friday to Sunday 6am-7pm, but that can change too. So we understand that the schedules can be very difficult. We also have 2 big dogs, so we would want someone comfortable with dogs, walking the baby and 1 of them. I have my schedule about 1-1. 5 months ahead of time, so I'd be able to give a heads up on what the schedule will be as it's quite random. Our need for care varies about 55-70 hrs a month depending on how much my husband and my schedules overlap. Let me know if you're interested and we can chat and provide an example schedule. Thank you!
