Some light housekeeping is needed, own transportation is a must, some community outings, and help with meal preparation. We do have a cat, so please consider that when applying. We are currently looking for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and some Saturday evenings. Days and times may be flexible for the right candidate. Summer hours will be available as well. Seeking compassionate, kind responsible caregiver for my 14year-old son with multiple disabilities in East Setauket. He requires assistance with all of his daily living skills at our home as well as going out in the community. My son is non-verbal. Special Ed, OT, PT or Speech Therapy students and or experience is greatly valued but most importantly we are seeking a kind and compassionate person. Times and days needed are flexible. He will be home from school at approximately 2:30 each school day. Weekdays and some evening hours and weekend hours. Position pays $15 - $20 per hour through a third party agency. Background check and fingerprinting required. Willing to split hours and or days with more than one person. I also have twin 8-year-old girls at home.
