His care does not require someone experienced with special needs, but must be patient and consistent. Primary difference in physical care is a limited diet and still diapering / potty training. Must must be dependable worker, and will appreciate some flexibility. I may occasionally ask for some overnights or weekends - not a must, but this availability would be helpful. My schedule is a mix of work from home and in the office. I will need a FULL day on office days (6:50a - 6:20p), but also want help on most remote days. My 9yo has some therapy sessions in Bentonville which nanny will need to be able to manage transportation at those times. I expect schedule will typically avg 35 hrs/week. Pay range $10-12/hr, with overtime pay.

Looking for a caregiver for 16-year-old male family member with Autism, Cerebral Palsy and seizures, in Bella Vista and Pea Ridge area. 3 days a week, 8-10 hours a day, no weekends. Must be willing to prepare lunch and light snacks. He is unable to use the restroom and wears a diaper. Will need assistance with eating meals, but able to handle finger foods. He is able to walk around, follow commands and communicate in his own special way.

N is a caring, energetic 12-year-old boy who lives in a home with Mom, step Dad, and two brothers- one brother is 5, and his older brother is 20. He is treated for adhd, and has a tendency to become hyper at times, and some difficulty with focusing on tasks. Potty-training experience is also a plus; our independent daughter is resistant thus far. We also are looking for someone who practices social distancing & mask-wearing. Roughly 30 hours per week; hours will include M/W 9:00-4:00, but the other hours are a bit flexible, as their dad will be working from home.
