We are in the process of child proofing our home for our soon to be mover. She loves playing and has hit and exceeded all developmental milestones. She loves music, trying new foods, her puppies, and bath time. She currently takes at least two naps daily, and she is learning how to take naps on her own in her crib currently. Due to Covid, her interaction with people outside of the immediate family has been extremely limited. The only housekeeping we are expecting would be directly related to caring for our little one: washing bottles and infant dishes, occasionally washing a load of her laundry. We do have a security system installed with cameras on the exterior and interior of our home in common areas. Our caregiver will need to be comfortable with this level of security. Our ideal caregiver: We are looking for M-F full time care for our rainbow baby as I look at returning to work full time. The ideal caregiver has to be comfortable with dogs as we have three. The ideal candidate will encourage a schedule close to our baby's current schedule, and will be comfortable with us working from home at least 30% of the time while they are caring for our infant. The ideal candidate will enjoy developmental play with our infant, including reading and music play. Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. I am a single mom looking for an occasional babysitter for my 2yo (almost 3) and 9yo. The 9yo is autistic so will be a few extra conditions for his care, but he is loving and easy to work with. I see this being an occasional evening or weekend, basically to supplement the nanny I already have for the typical work week. If you are open to an occasional overnight or accompanying me in outings, that would be even better. However by no means a routine job, likely only needing help 3 or 4 times a month. Must must be dependable worker, and will appreciate some flexibility. I may occasionally ask for some overnights or weekends - not a must, but this availability would be helpful. My schedule is a mix of work from home and in the office. I will need a FULL day on office days (6:50a - 6:20p), but also want help on most remote days. My 9yo has some therapy sessions in Bentonville which nanny will need to be able to manage transportation at those times. I expect schedule will typically avg 35 hrs/week. Pay range $10-12/hr, with overtime pay.
