We hired Rosa to be our nanny to my daughter. She was with us for just over a year and I cannot recommend her enough. She's punctual, honest and incredibly LOVING and caring with children. She took special care to really build a strong bond with my daughter - who was not always the easiest little one to care for. :) Rosa is patient with both child AND parents...for us it was a huge deal to leave our child with someone and she eased all of our fears. She goes above and beyond the regular 'job' of a 'nanny'. She quickly became an incredibly important part of our family, so much so that it was heartbreaking to stop working with her. We moved, which is the only reason we made any changes. Otherwise, Rosa would have been our nanny for many years to come! Rosa is a diamond in the rough and any family that works with her is incredibly lucky to do so.

Fili has been caring for my mom and assisting my dad for the last three months. During that time my mom became incontinent and wheelchair-bound and my father was diagnosed with dementia. Fili has provided outstanding service to us. My parents and I trust her completely and I appreciate how she keeps me updated on my mom's condition and looks out for my parents (e.g., she let me know when my dad hired a real estate agent without telling me). In addition to medication management, incontinence care, bathing, feeding, dressing, and cooking, she has accompanied my parents to doctors appointments and has worked both day and night shifts. I cannot recommend Fili more highly!
