Streetsboro Part Time Jobs

We have two young girls and are expecting a third child in December. We are looking for someone with experience with newborns and young children. We need a reliable worker who does not show up late or call off. Tasks will include playing with girls, helping with school work, picking up around house, helping with laundry and other small home chores. Our last two sitters we had for two-three years and both became like family. Both were college students and worked for us as their main job. We worked together to accommodate schedules. We are looking for daytime into early evening help and someone to babysit for occasional date nights.

We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is willing to drive children if needed, who is CPR certified and who has college degree (not mandatory). The children are pretty independent but could use some structure during the day to keep them on track. The hours aren't set in stone. We wouldn't know what would work best until we got clarification on what they are doing with the children returning to school.

Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / some transportation. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping & occasional simple meal preparation. Looking for companionship & wellness checks a few days/wk.
