We are looking for a babysitter who is patient and understands child development, specifically toddler behavior. Someone who enjoys being outside and active but also is fine reading the same book over and over. Someone who enforced the rules of the house and also can use good judgement in the moment. Our son can be shy at first but really attaches to the people he spends time with. He likes to engage you in whatever he is doing. He likes books, building toys and cars. He also like going on walks, playing in the yard and playing with water. Main roles are just babysitting. Very little meal prep (heating and cleaning up dinner) Hours and pay are so what flexible!
