About who needs care: She has a functional gait disorder that limits her mobility and ability to carry on normal jobs around the house. She also has short term memory issues that come and go. Both conditions were caused by excessive brain radiation treatment for small cell lung cancer. Her motivation as a result is limited and she needs a motivator of activity throughout the day. About the care needs: Caregivers need to be warm, friendly, social and enjoy working with and interacting with people. They must have general medical understanding and able to provide medication and assist her in moving around the house, to include protecting against falls, and assessing condition and helping her get up should she fall. There have been a few falls in the last year. Caregivers need to be highly motivated to do daily chores when not attending to her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

Child is Autistic full potty trained.

Someone needed to make sure my mother has lunch, and a dinner is ready to heat up. And light cleaning

Hope to find a nice healthy honest caregiver willing to possibly have her move in to our home-Presently I live in my disabled friend's home and I have a hospital bed -electric wheelchairs and handicap lift equipped van. We just Hope an experienced HHA-CNA would be interested, I need help just 2 hours in morning and 2 hr later or 4 -to 5 hr/day... time is variable. Medication management is required. also, urine bag -diaper changing - Bed bathing is done by a HHA supplied by a Certified Agency, also NP visits and RN will change Foley catheter monthly. We are a first responder family, where one parent works from home full time and the other has a rotating schedule. Due to this, our ideal caretaker can provide part-time care, 3-4 days a weeks for 5 hours a day, though we are open to discuss full-time. We are first time parents looking for daytime care for December 2023, which will be for our infant son (5 months). Many daycare facilities have lengthy waitlists which is why we are beginning our search for childcare now! We have three dogs: two 7-year-old mini Australian shepherds and one 6-year-old American Bully. They are friendly and very energetic--we also have a large fenced in yard where they usually hangout.
