Ability to provide a fun and friendly environment to our 14-month-old son that fosters learning. My husband is a fire fighter and I am a nurse. We work long hours and want to make sure that we have someone that can provide stability when we are not home. We do request that you have reliable transportation. We are looking for approximately 28 hours a week in child care. Our son is a typical little boy that is high energy and loves to play. He also loves a good snuggle session. We have two playgrounds in our community that he loves on warm days.

Both conditions were caused by excessive brain radiation treatment for small cell lung cancer. Her motivation as a result is limited and she needs a motivator of activity throughout the day. About the care needs: Caregivers need to be warm, friendly, social and enjoy working with and interacting with people. They must have general medical understanding and able to provide medication and assist her in moving around the house, to include protecting against falls, and assessing condition and helping her get up should she fall. There have been a few falls in the last year. Caregivers need to be highly motivated to do daily chores when not attending to her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

Were looking for coverage 2 days a week (preferably Thursday & Friday) from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. This would run the week of June 19th through the end of August. We are a first responder family, where one parent works from home full time and the other has a rotating schedule.
