Ashley was punctual, flexible, and easy-going during the two weeks of back-up care she provided while our regular nanny was on medical leave without notice. She jumped right into our 15 mo. daughter's routine taking her to the park, on walks, etc. and then cared for both toddlers in our nanny share with ease. She's a cloth diaper pro and ensured both girls napped and ate on schedule with lots of play in between. I would highly recommend Ashley and hope we get to rely on her services again, albeit with more prior planning!

Full Time Nanny For Infants, Part-time Children's Pastor, And New Mom Seeking Unique Fit

Hello! I am an experienced nanny and educator seeking a new position and a unique fit because I recently gave birth to my first child, a girl (1/23/20), and I am hoping to find a family that will welcome us both. I have a lot of professional experience working with multiple infants, up to four on my own, and I am confident that being a parent will only make me a better caregiver. With six years of professional childcare and child education experience, I am eager to create a custom daycare experience for another family with a little one of similar age. While I currently work part time as a children's pastor, I specialize in infant care and have two and a half years of experience designing and teaching curriculum at preschool for multiple infants (4 to 1 teacher). Additionally, I have worked for two different families caring for their infants over the course of three years. I would love to further discuss the benefits of social interaction in early childcare with you!

Erin is the absolute best! She is caring, thoughtful, timely, flexible, and has a wonderful disposition. We've felt so comfortable with Erin caring for our daughter since the very beginning, and that's a wonderful feeling. She brings together her excellent experience as both a private nanny and a day care provider into our home. Erin keeps a schedule for the babes, with activities, projects, music, and working towards milestones, while also adapting for each baby's evolving needs. Erin's daughter has accompanied her to care for our daughter and it's been a huge plus! It's been perfect and so many benefits like social interaction, while limiting COVID exposure, and certainly means Erin is putting in 110% to care for our girl and her own. Previous families who worked with Erin told me "Run towards her, and hire her immediately" and "We trust Erin with our kids more than anyone else, including their grandparents". We couldn't agree more.

I am very nurturing and loving person, choosing the path of being a caregiver for children seemed very natural. I became a professional living-in nanny in the summer of 2015 and this choice led me to Seattle, a place that I call home now. After over two years of working full time and caring for multiple children, I decided to go deeper the path of personal growth. This has led to extensive training in Authentic Relating & social-emotional learning. Currently I balance my professional life between working with adults and with children. My experience as a nanny: Supervise and motivate in their daily activities and organize daily schedules. Mentor children's development and help them to achieve milestones: learning social cues, respecting each other, raising awareness of needs and boundaries. Inspire creative ways to play and be healthy and not rely on electronics for entertainment: yoga, swimming, playground, team games, hiking. I also love spending time on nature and with animals.

We worked with Katarzyna for more than 6 months. She is a very reliable, dependable, loving, and caring caregiver. She gave my 1-2-year-old toddler motherly care and love. She is so good that it was very hard for us to let her go. She is well-learned and is well aware of the on-going pandemic and the necessary precautions to be taken. She engaged my child in educational, playful activities on a regular basis. She even learned an entirely new cuisine in a few days to provide our child with our traditional food. I wish her the best family to work with in the future as she is such an amazing human being. She is honest, trustworthy, and a great friend for our child and us.
