We are looking for a housekeeper who is also experienced with elder care. Our concerns are twofold, all areas of housekeeping, laundry, occasional meal prep, errands and shopping. Additionally, you will need to be comfortable assisting in the care of my elderly mother. This will include mobility assistance, bathing/dressing, and companionship. Looking for a caring and compassionate person. You would be expected to take my mother to medical appointments and occasionally an errand now and then. We will provide transportation. We have a 4-bedroom house although only 2 bedrooms are used regularly. We need someone 2 days of the week. Traditionally that has been Tuesday and Thursday and we try to arrange all appointments on those days, changing this can be discussed as needed. Once in a while you may be asked to work on a weekend or a few days during the week when I must travel. Must be comfortable with 2 dogs.
