Dedham Mother's Helpers

As an aunt of four kids under the age of 6, I sure had my fair share of babysitting experience. I have been a babysitter/a mother's helper since I was in fourth grade and have loved every second of it. I am currently going into my senior year at Merrimack College where I am studying to become an elementary school teacher who will also be certified in moderate disabilities. Working with children has always been my passion and I cannot wait to become a teacher in the coming year. I am also Red Cross CPR and lifeguard certified as I also work at a day camp during the summer. I look forward to getting to know you and your family!

I have been working with children for many many years. Since 2005 I have cared for three families, from infancy to after school care. If you are looking for a part time babysitter or mothers helper maybe I could help you.

I have been caring for children on and off since my early teens. This has included working in family day cares, as well as, for individual families. The majority of this work has been with infants and toddlers. Most recently doing an intensive month of mother's helper with a family and their newborn and 2-year-old during the month of September. Outside of this, I am a librarian and artist (currently all work from home). I am thoughtful and creative. I love to learn from the children I care for. I have been certified a few times over the years with infant CPR. I can get re-certified if requested. I am living with my elderly family and therefore incredibly Covid-19 conscious and would need the same.

I have experience as a mother's helper for three children (newborn, 3, and 7, a full time nanny (4 and 6), and many other date night sitter positions. I am currently a counselor looking for some part-time work. I love to play/make art, help with homework, and fix snacks or meals. I am also willing to take care of pets.
