Burleson, TX Mother's Helper Jobs

We are a Christ loving family looking for someone who can become part of our family. Care would be primarily for our almost 1-year-old but occasionally our 3 other children when they are out of school. We are looking for someone who can plan age appropriate activities, reliable, but most importantly who can jump in and take initiative when needed. Your attention to detail will not go unnoticed! Our kids are full of energy and need someone to lighten the load and be comfortable with mom working from home. Lastly, we are looking for someone who can engage with our children and limit screen time. They love being outside, swimming, riding their bikes, stem activities, crafts, and baking. We have two dogs! A 6-month-old Great Dane and a very geriatric dog named Maggie. Both super friendly and lovable!

We just brought our second baby home and are in need of a mother's helper to start ASAP in Rendon/Burleson area for 12-15 hours/week. The ideal candidate would be someone experienced with young children, potty training, newborns, and toddler behavior. The duties would include engaging the toddler in non-screen time play, helping with laundry, dishes, and mealtime, holding the baby as needed, and watching both children for short periods to allow mom a quick break. I would not be leaving the house, but expecting the candidate to work alongside me. Occasional errand-running would also be appreciated, for example, picking up an online grocery order. This role could be expanded in the future to include occasional babysitting for the right candidate. We would also offer extra hours for dedicated potty training help when the time comes.

I work from home full time and am looking for a long term helper with my newborn who will be 3 months in April at the time of the start date listed. Duties include helping with feeding and cleaning bottles, diaper changes, and general care while she is awake. Open to being flexible with the hours. Position might be most ideal for a college student as there won't be much to do during the down time while she is asleep. Must be comfortable with dogs as we have two.
